Instructions
Saute onion in olive oil
Wilt spinach in onion mixture
Add sour cream and cream cheese
Stir until all is combined
Mix in ham chunks and 2 cups of cheese
Place in casserole dish and top with remaining cheese
Heat in 350 degree oven approximately 35-40 minutes until bubbly
