Creamy Chicken Alfredo with Capers

Ingredients

  • 300 Grams Chicken Breast
  • ¾ tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • ¾ tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 ¼ Tbsp Butter
  • ¾ Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 3 Tbsp Capers drained
  • ¾ tsp Salt optional
  • ¾ tsp Dill optional

Instructions

  • Heat skillet over medium heat and add butter
  • Season both sides of the chicken with lemon pepper, salt, dill and garlic powder
  • Add chicken to the skillet and increase heat to medium-high
  • Brown chicken for 5 minutes per side until chicken is no longer pink inside
  • Transfer chicken to a plate and cover wtih tinfoil
  • Pour heavy cream into the skillet and whisk continuosly for 3 minutes until sauce has reduced and started to thicken
  • Remove from heat, stir in capers, and pour over the chicken,
