Fully Loaded Cheesy Radishes

- 1 Cup cup sliced Radish (112g)
- ½ Tbsp Olive Oil 7g
- ½ Tbsp Butter 7g
- ⅛ Cup cup shredded Cheddar Cheese (14g)
- ⅛ Cup Sour Cream 30g
- 8 Grams Cooked Bacon (1 strip), 8g
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Chives 3g
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Trim and thinly slice radish and transfer to prepared baking dish.
Drizzle olive oil all over sliced radishes and season with salt and pepper.
Roast in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden and crisp, tossing radishes and rotating pan about half way through.
Change oven setting to broil.
Transfer cooked radishes into a ramekin or small dish.
Add butter and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
Place ramekin in the oven and broil until cheese is melted.
Cook bacon on stovetop for 6-8 minutes or until crispy. Cool and chop.
Top with sour cream, chopped chives and bacon.
