Fully Loaded Cheesy Radishes

Radishes treated like potato? Yup! It's an amazing combination that is easy and delicious!

  • 1  Cup cup sliced Radish (112g)
  • ½ Tbsp Olive Oil  7g
  • ½ Tbsp Butter  7g
  • Cup cup shredded Cheddar Cheese (14g)
  • Cup Sour Cream  30g
  • 8  Grams Cooked Bacon (1 strip), 8g
  • 1  Tbsp Chopped Chives  3g


  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Trim and thinly slice radish and transfer to prepared baking dish.
  • Drizzle olive oil all over sliced radishes and season with salt and pepper.
  • Roast in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden and crisp, tossing radishes and rotating pan about half way through.
  • Change oven setting to broil.
  • Transfer cooked radishes into a ramekin or small dish.
  • Add butter and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
  • Place ramekin in the oven and broil until cheese is melted.
  • Cook bacon on stovetop for 6-8 minutes or until crispy. Cool and chop.
  • Top with sour cream, chopped chives and bacon.
