Keto Cabbage and Bacon

- 2 Cup Cabbage chopped, 179g
- ½ Cup Onion chopped, 80g
- 4 Strips cooked Bacon 32g
- 2 Tbsp Butter 28g
- Black Pepper optional
Place bacon into a cold pan and place it over medium heat. Cook bacon to desired liking and remove from pan. Cool, slice and set aside.
Return pan over medium heat, melt butter and add diced onion.
Saute onion until soft and translucent.
Add cabbage to pan and continue to sauté with the onions.
Continue cooking cabbage, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes or until soften.
Return chopped bacon to pan and mix until combined.
Season with pepper.
