Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp Butter 42g
  • 9 Grams Garlic minced
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil 42g
  • 510 Grams Sirloin Steak
  • 11 Grams Green Onion
  • Black Pepper optional

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic and chopped green onion; refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  • Place a pan over medium heat and pour oil.
  • Brush steak with oil and sprinkle pepper.
  • Cook steak in hot pan for 3 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches to 130°F to 135°F for medium rare.
  • Top steak with garlic butter.
