Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Broccoli 46g
  • ¼ Tbsp Butter 4g
  • Tbsp Lemon juice 2g
  • tsp Lemon zest 0g
  • ¼ Tbsp Parmesan Cheese 1g
  • Tbsp Olive Oil 2g
  • 1 Dash Salt 0g

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Place broccoli florets on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Drizzle olive oil on top of broccoli.
  • Bake for 20 minutes and remove.
  • In a small bowl mix, butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, and salt to taste.
  • Pour butter mixture over cooked broccoli.
  • Toss to coat.
  • Garnish with shaved parmesan.
