In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients except for sesame seeds and green onions. Pour over meat.
Cook on low 5-7 hours on low.
Stir the beef together.
Serve with steamed broccoli and cauliflower rice.

If you aren't doing keto this crockpot Mongolian beef recipe is still going to be a hit with you and your family. Keto is all about FULL flavors, not low fat. So, if you don't have swerve (sugar substitute), like the recipe calls for and you are not doing keto, you can substitute it with real brown sugar.
