  • 1.5 Pounds Flank Steak
  • 1/3 Cup Swerve Brown
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1/4 Cup Tamari Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Sesame Oil or Avocado Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Minced
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum or arrowroot powder
  • 2 Green Onions chopped for garnish
  • 1 tsp Sesame Seeds for garnish


  • Slice the beef very thin against the grain.
  • Place meat on the bottom of the crockpot.

  • In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients except for sesame seeds and green onions. Pour over meat.
  • Cook on low 5-7 hours on low.
  • Stir the beef together.
