- 1 Pound Ground Beef
- 1 Package Taco Seasoning
- 1 Head Butter Lettuce Or Romaine
- 1 Medium Tomato Diced
- 1/4 Cup Red Onion Diced
- 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese Or Mexican blend cheese
Fry Burger over medium heat until completely cooked. Drain thoroughly.
While burger is cooking prep lettuce by washing it, dice tomatoes and onions.
Follow the directions on the Taco seasoning mix and add to the drained burger.
