Ingredients

  • 1 ⅛ tsp Garlic Powder
  • 450 g Chicken Breast
  • 108 g Bacon
  • 127 g Mozzarella Cheese fresh sliced works best
  • 2 ¼ Tbsp Avocado Oi
  • 1 ⅛ tsp Cayenne Pepper optional
  • 1 ⅛ tsp Paprika
  • 1 ⅛ tsp GRound Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F
  • Grease baking dish with half the oil
  • Combine cayenne, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper together in a bowl
  • Pound chick until it is ¼" thick
  • Cut chicken in half (2 pieces for a single serving, 4 for a double serving)
  • Place mozzarella on one piece of chicken and top with the other piece of chicken
  • Brush outside pieces of chicken with the remaining avocado oil
  • Press both sides of chicken into the bowl of spices
  • Wrap bacon around the outside of the chicken
  • Bake chicken for 30-35 minutes until chicken is cooked and bacon is to the correct crispness
