- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- ½ Lemon
- ¼ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Medium Green Onion Stalk chopped, 8g
- Black Pepper optional
- Salt optional
Chop spinach and place in bowl
Chop green onion and add to bowl
Add oil, salt and pepper and mix together
Place on plate, sprinkle parmesan cheese
Squeeze lemon juice all over
