Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Spinach
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • ½ Lemon
  • ¼ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Medium Green Onion Stalk chopped, 8g
  • Black Pepper optional
  • Salt optional

Instructions

  • Chop spinach and place in bowl
  • Chop green onion and add to bowl
  • Add oil, salt and pepper and mix together
  • Place on plate, sprinkle parmesan cheese
  • Squeeze lemon juice all over
