- 510 Grams Sirloin Steak
- 3 Tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce 54g
- ¾ tsp Ground Ginger 2g
- ¾ Tbsp Yellow Mustard 11g
- ¾ tsp Lemon juice 4g
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil 42g
- 1 Dash Black Pepper 0g
- 1 ½ tsp Ground Basil 2g
Preheat oven broiler.
In a ziplock bag, mix together soy sauce, olive oil, ginger, pepper, basil, mustard and lemon juice until well combined.
Add steak to mixture and massage meat for 1-2 minutes.
Place marinated steak on a broiling pan.
Cook steak for 5 minutes, then turn over and cook to desired liking.
Use a thermometer for internal temperature to get doneness of your choosing.
Pour juices from pan into a ramiken as an au jus.
