Ingredients

  • 510 Grams Sirloin Steak
  • 3 Tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce 54g
  • ¾ tsp Ground Ginger 2g
  • ¾ Tbsp Yellow Mustard 11g
  • ¾ tsp Lemon juice 4g
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil 42g
  • 1 Dash Black Pepper 0g
  • 1 ½ tsp Ground Basil 2g

Instructions

  • Preheat oven broiler.
  • In a ziplock bag, mix together soy sauce, olive oil, ginger, pepper, basil, mustard and lemon juice until well combined.
  • Add steak to mixture and massage meat for 1-2 minutes.
  • Place marinated steak on a broiling pan.
  • Cook steak for 5 minutes, then turn over and cook to desired liking.
  • Use a thermometer for internal temperature to get doneness of your choosing.
  • Pour juices from pan into a ramiken as an au jus.
