- ½ lb Ground Beef 113g
- ⅛ tsp Worcestershire Sauce 1g
- 1 oz Cheddar Cheese 28g
- 8 Grams leaf Romaine Lettuce
- 15 Grams medium Tomato
- ¼ tsp Dried Parsley optional
- 1 Dash Salt optional
- 1 Dash Black Pepper optional
Preheat the oven to 350 ºF.
Cut cheese into medium-sized cubes and slice tomatoes; set aside.
In a bowl, mix ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Kneed together and form into equal balls.
Press a cube of cheese into the center of each ball and cover it completely with meat.
Form the balls into hamburger patties.
Place patties in the oven and cook for 20 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
Serve with lettuce and tomato.
