Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1 Package Taco Seasoning
  • 1 Head Butter Lettuce Or Romaine
  • 1 Medium Tomato Diced
  • 1/4 Cup Red Onion Diced
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese Or Mexican blend cheese

Instructions

  • Fry Burger over medium heat until completely cooked. Drain thoroughly.
  • While burger is cooking prep lettuce by washing it, dice tomatoes and onions.
  • Follow the directions on the Taco seasoning mix and add to the drained burger.
  • Assemble tacos using the lettuce as the base.
