Chicken and Dill Egg White Scramble

Ingredients

  • 1 Breast Chicken skin and bone removed
  • dash salt
  • dash pepper
  • 6 large egg whites
  • 1 Tbsp dill weed dried
  • 1 Tbsp Canola oil (or Avocado oil)

Instructions

  • Chop chicken into cubes, season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat oil in a pan over medium high heat.
  • Add chicken to the pan and saute until cooked.
  • Add egg whites and dill stirring constantly to cook eggs evenly.
  • Serve and enjoy!
