Chicken and Dill Egg White Scramble
Ingredients
- 1 Breast Chicken skin and bone removed
- dash salt
- dash pepper
- 6 large egg whites
- 1 Tbsp dill weed dried
- 1 Tbsp Canola oil (or Avocado oil)
Instructions
- Chop chicken into cubes, season with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium high heat.
- Add chicken to the pan and saute until cooked.
- Add egg whites and dill stirring constantly to cook eggs evenly.
