Okay, I never would have thought of this myself. Chicken dill egg white scramble is one of those creative recipes that I found from Keto Custom Plan. Ingredients for the Chicken Dill Scramble

The ingredients aren’t fancy. And most likely you have them on hand.  The recipe title says it all – eggs, chicken.  The pop comes with adding dill.  Easy.

Chicken and Dill Egg White Scramble

Ingredients

  • 1 Breast Chicken skin and bone removed
  • dash salt
  • dash pepper
  • 6 large egg whites
  • 1 Tbsp dill weed dried
  • 1 Tbsp Canola oil (or Avocado oil)

Instructions

  • Chop chicken into cubes, season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat oil in a pan over medium high heat.
  • Add chicken to the pan and saute until cooked.
  • Add egg whites and dill stirring constantly to cook eggs evenly.
  • Serve and enjoy!

I especially like that you use egg whites to keep that cholesterol down.  If this isn’t an issue for you, then by all means use the entire egg.  You’ll need to adjust from 6 egg whites to 3 whole eggs.
