Keto Big Mac Copycat Skillet is ALL the things. Do you ever get a craving for that fast food burger that drips with secret sauce and makes your mouth water? The keto lifestyle can sometimes make it hard to just step up to the counter and order a Big Mac or Double Whopper, but there’s no reason to sacrifice the flavors you have come to enjoy and love just to stay on plan. This recipe is the next best thing and does a great job of replicating those yummy faves, right down to the special sauce.
Ingredients in the Big Mac Copycat Skillet
It’s easy to prepare with mostly everyday ingredients that you probably already have around the house, such as ground beef, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and cheese. Even the sauce simply combines a few refrigerator staples of ketchup and mayo. The aroma from the kitchen while you prepare this Big Mac copycat skillet of deliciousness, will keep the family close by to get a serving when it comes off the stove. All the flavor but keto-friendly fast food goodness. The only thing missing will be the carryout bag. I know you think you are going to miss the bun but the cauliflower rice helps with texture and flavor so it tastes like you have a roll (I know… weird but true).
