Ingredients

  • 8  Slices Pepperoni  16g
  • 8  Tbsp Whipped Cream Cheese 80g
  • ⅓  Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese  38g
  • Tbsp Olive Oil  9g

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425ºF.
  • Grease a muffin tray with oil.
  • Place a piece of pepperoni into muffin cup.
  • Spoon cream cheese on top of pepperoni.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese.
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until crisp.
