We’ve tried a lot of keto stuffed chicken breast recipes and this is our favorite by far. My favorite part is wrapping it in bacon. The bacon seals it all together and adds extra fat for the keto diet. It’s simple to make, packed with flavor and everyone in the family loves it. We have it during the week for a quick meal and we also have it as a “fancy” meal on the weekend. You can’t lose with this recipe.
Side Dishes for Keto Jalapeno and Cheddar Wrapped in Bacon
There are a lot of options for sides with this recipe. Our favorite is the Zucchini and Tomato casserole. We usually make a double batch of both and eat it 2 nights in a row. Our small Corningware dishes are perfect to make these small casseroles in. Another of our favorites is our Keto Cheesy Cauliflower Hash Browns (they go with EVERYTHING). If you don’t have the ingredients to whip up this side, broccoli, asparagus, or cauliflower would work well also.
Can I Make This Keto Stuffed Chicken Recipe in Advance?
Yes! This keto chicken recipe can be prepped in advance. In fact, sometimes we make 3 or 4 batches. We keep 2 meals out and freeze the rest. We make a double batch of the side also (it doesn’t freeze well) and eat this meal twice during the week. It’s sooooo good I would easily eat it 3 or 4 times a week but there are just too many recipes I enjoy to do that.
