Ingredients
- ½ Cup Broccoli 46g
- ¼ Tbsp Butter 4g
- ⅛ Tbsp Lemon juice 2g
- ⅛ tsp Lemon zest 0g
- ¼ Tbsp Parmesan Cheese 1g
- ⅛ Tbsp Olive Oil 2g
- 1 Dash Salt 0g
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place broccoli florets on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Drizzle olive oil on top of broccoli.
- Bake for 20 minutes and remove.
- In a small bowl mix, butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, and salt to taste.
- Pour butter mixture over cooked broccoli.
- Toss to coat.
- Garnish with shaved parmesan.
